You can return it to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt of your purchase (delivery to your home, or relay point). Sybarel takes care of (almost!) Everything.

Return and Refund Process:

1. Make sure the product has not been opened, or consumed. In exceptional cases, we invite you to explain the situation to us.

2. Send us an email at contact@sybarel.com, and describe the reason for your return request. You can also contact us via the live chat on the site

3. After accepting your return request, we will send you the warehouse address, to be printed and pasted on the package. The original bar code of the product must be present on the package. If you have torn the barcode, contact us

4. Send your package to the address indicated, making sure that it is clearly visible, as well as the bar code of the product.

5. Send us an email to inform us of the shipment of the package,

6. Your full refund will be credited to your credit card used when placing the order. Allow a period of 7 days following receipt, and verification of the good condition of your package.

Items returned, within 14 days at the latest after delivery, must remain in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, show no signs of use, and with labels stuck on the products. We ask you to take care of returned products, as they are cosmetic products that require special attention.

Before being eligible for the refund, it is imperative to return the package to the address indicated. In the event that the package has been dropped off at a relay point, the customer is responsible for picking up the package in order to be able to return it, and will not be eligible for a refund otherwise.
