You can return it free of charge within 14 days of receipt of your purchase (home delivery, or relay point). Sybarel takes care of (almost!) everything.

Return and Refund Process :

1. make sure the product has not been opened, or consumed. In exceptional cases, we invite you to explain the situation to us

2. Send us an email to contact@sybarel.com, and describe the reason of your return request. You can also contact us via the live chat on the website

3. After accepting your return request, we will send you the address of the warehouse, to print and stick on the package. The original barcode of the product must be present on the package. If you have torn the barcode, contact us

4. Send your package to the address indicated, making sure that it is clearly visible, as well as the bar code of the product.

5. Send us an email to inform us that the package has been shipped,

6. your full refund will be credited to your credit card used to place the order. Count on a delay of 7 days following the reception, and the verification of the good state of your parcel

Items returned within 14 days of delivery must be in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, with no trace of use, and with the labels stuck on the products. Please take care of the returned products, as they are cosmetic products that require special attention.

Before being eligible for a refund, it is imperative to return the package to the address indicated. In case the package has been dropped off at a relay point, the customer is responsible for picking up the package in order to send it back, and will not be eligible for a refund otherwise.
